Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Categories

Category A — Manufacturer Defect: Full Refund

The product arrives damaged, does not function, does not power on, does not hold a charge, or contains broken or inoperable components despite following the startup instructions.

Category B — Non-Delivery, Wrong Item, or Shipping Damage: Full Refund

The order is not delivered to the correct shipping address provided during checkout, the wrong product is delivered, or shipping damage is documented upon delivery.

Return Proof

Please submit the following, where applicable:

• A photo of the product as delivered.
• Your order number.
• A photo clearly showing any visible damage or defect.
• A 30–60 second video demonstrating the issue when claiming a defect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
